1. General Information<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.1. These Terms govern the use of the website [www.psy-phy.com<\/span><\/a>] (hereinafter \u2013 the \u201cWebsite\u201d) and the services provided by the Association \u201cPSYPHY\u201d fizisk\u0101s un psiholo\u0123isk\u0101s rehabilit\u0101cijas centrs\u201d (hereinafter also \u2013 the \u201cCentre\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.2. Use of the Website and the Centre\u2019s services constitutes the client\u2019s acceptance of these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Service Provider<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Services<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.1. The Centre provides psychotherapeutic consultations and psychotherapeutic sessions (hereinafter \u2013 consultation) conducted by students of the Baltic Institute of Psychotherapy \u2013 trainees (hereinafter \u2013 Gestalt practitioners) under the supervision of qualified supervisors, as well as access to relevant materials for a fee in accordance with the published price list. Services are provided in accordance with the Code of Ethics of the Baltic Institute of Psychotherapy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.2. Consultations are conducted either in person or remotely (online), according to the client\u2019s choice and\/or by mutual agreement with the consultant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.3. Online consultations may take place using secure communication platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams, or other mutually agreed platforms).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.4. The client is responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection, a suitable and private environment where third parties cannot overhear or interrupt the consultation, and proper functioning of technical equipment (computer, camera, microphone).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.5. The Centre may record consultations only with the client\u2019s prior consent and solely for a purpose agreed upon in advance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.6. If technical problems arise on the client\u2019s side, the fee is non-refundable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.7. Consultations do not constitute medical treatment and do not replace medical or psychological care or emergency assistance. If the client is in an acute crisis situation, they must contact a doctor or emergency services. The Centre operates based on voluntary participation, dialogue, and professional ethics. If you are in an acute crisis situation or there is a threat to your safety or life, please immediately contact the Emergency Medical Service by calling 113 or visit the nearest emergency medical institution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.8. The duration of a consultation is generally 50 minutes, unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.9. The Centre provides psychological support and consultations based on the Gestalt approach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.10. All professional processes are carried out within ongoing professional supervision. Only anonymized information that does not allow client identification is used in the supervision process. Personal data are not disclosed to third parties except as required by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Booking and Cancellation<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.1. Appointments must be made via the Website form by providing name, email, phone number, and selecting the consultation time. The Centre sends a booking confirmation by email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.2. The client may cancel or reschedule a consultation no later than 24 hours before the scheduled time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.3. If a consultation is cancelled later than 24 hours before the scheduled time or the client fails to attend, the fee is non-refundable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.4. If a consultation does not take place due to circumstances related to the Gestalt practitioner or supervisor, the client will be offered one alternative appointment time without additional charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Price and Payment<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.1. Service prices are indicated on the Website and may be changed by publishing an updated price list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.2. The Website specifies all available payment methods, including but not limited to online bank payments (bank links), payment cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.3. All non-cash payments are processed through the payment service provider Maksekeskus AS. The settlement currency for all transactions processed via Maksekeskus AS is euro (EUR) only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.4. By making a payment, the client confirms that they have read and agree to the terms of the selected payment method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.5. Payment must be made online prior to service provision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.6. An invoice is issued upon request in accordance with applicable laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.7. In case of service cancellation or failure to attend a consultation, the fee is non-refundable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.8. The client is entitled to reschedule a consultation once without additional charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Limitation of Liability<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6.1. The Centre is not responsible for the client\u2019s actions outside consultations and is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or actions of third parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6.2. By consenting to receive services, the client agrees that their case (story) may be discussed in supervision in anonymized form, without processing personal data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6.3. The Centre ensures service provision but is not responsible for the client\u2019s subjective experience or outcomes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6.4. The Centre has the right to suspend or terminate access to services if these Terms are violated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Personal Data Processing<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7.1. Client data are processed in accordance with the Centre\u2019s Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7.2. By booking a consultation or using services, the client consents to the processing of their data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7.3. By consenting to receive services, the client confirms that they have been informed about the nature of the service, the use of supervision with anonymized data, and that the association does not provide emergency or crisis assistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Copyright<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All materials (texts, presentations, audio, video) provided during consultations or available on the Website are the property of the Centre and are protected by copyright law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. Dispute Resolution<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9.1. In case of a dispute, the client is encouraged to first contact the Centre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9.2. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be settled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10. Amendments to the Terms<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10.1. The Centre has the right to amend these Terms by publishing the updated version on the Website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
