CONTACTA by the Baltic Institute for Psychotherapy is a modern Gestalt practice in a safe and professionally supervised environment. CONTACTA is a socially oriented project implemented within the ecosystem of the Baltic Institute for Psychotherapy, the PSYPHY Center, and the Baltic Association for Psychotherapy.
The sessions are led by trainee therapists (Gestalt practitioners) as part of their professional training.
Each case is regularly discussed during supervision sessions with experienced specialists.

CONTACTA therapy begins simply: three clear steps—from the initial contact to regular work using the Gestalt approach within the framework of professional supervision.

During your first appointment, you will meet with a specialist to discuss your needs, expectations, and current challenges.

The consultations are led by Gestalt practitioners (4th- and 5th-year students) who are pursuing professional psychotherapy training in the Gestalt approach and work under the regular supervision of professional supervisors.
New professionals are those who have completed their training, fulfilled the required number of practicum hours, and are beginning to practice independently. Their work can also be supplemented with supervision, ensuring high professional standards and continuous development.
Yes. The work is based on the Gestalt approach and is regularly supervised. This ensures a double layer of care regarding the quality and safety of the process.
The center provides services to adults aged 18 and older.
You can register online on our website by selecting your preferred session language, format—remote or in-person (as well as the city for an in-person visit)—and time.
You can choose a specific specialist right away, or the system will automatically match you with a suitable therapist.
Each session lasts 50 minutes. The current price is available in the “Prices” section of our website.
